After almost 10 years of.... flutedrop, culture jamming, memes, dj sets, radio shows, live sets, festivals, flights, trains, vinyls, tapes, fanzines, Chin Stroke Records, croissants, clickbait, truths, lies, alteregos, takeovers, bringing artists together, poing, peng, fame?, mistery, silence, discordia, copyright takedowns, rare mp3s, tours, soundclashes, mixtapes, ringtones, pitidacos, and the list goes on forever.... is time to release my FIRST EVER ALBUM, titled BACK TO THE FLUTURE, a post-flutedrop 42 minute long sound journey.
I went back to my hometown (the same place where flutedrop originated) and picked my flute (the same flute I left unplayed 9 years ago when I decided to kill #flutedrop) thinking about the past but looking to the future (fluture?). with just one instrument and a microphone, I did let inspiration go thru my mind..... and the rest is history.
